ESPN had a great article on the pitfalls of MLS signing Cuauhtémoc Blanco.
Personally, I think a two year 3 million dollar is not so bad deal for the league, but if he asks for more MLS will have to take a long look at his knees and the benefits. He is 34 and I am sure there are other internationals younger who might be a better fit.
